GRT is a circular economy company specializing in resource regeneration. GRT’s facilities accept excess and contaminated soils from construction, excavation, and dredging projects—diverting them from landfills—and transforms them into clean, high-quality aggregates (sold under the Regenerock brand) for use in construction, green infrastructure, and shoreline applications.

GRT’s processing plant adapts proven technologies from the mining and wastewater sectors to wash and sort soils. Impurities are removed, and all process water is treated and recycled on site in a closed-loop system.

Sustainability is central to GRT’s operations:

  • 100% of feedstock is sourced from excess soil, not quarried material.
  • Facilities are strategically located close to soil-generating projects, reducing transport distances and emissions.
  • A 10% reduction in on-site diesel consumption is targeted for 2025 through electrification of equipment.
  • Current operations divert or reduce an estimated 2,200 MT CO₂ annually, verified by a third-party GHG assessment (March 2024).

By regenerating resources once considered waste, GRT reduces pressure on landfills and quarries while creating a reliable, sustainable aggregate supply for coastal infrastructure and port communities.
