August 29, 2025 — Vector Corrosion Technologies (VCT) is pleased to announce that Polyshield® polymer concrete baseplate and foundation systems are now part of its product portfolio. Polyshield® was included in VCT’s recent acquisition of the ElectroTechCP™ product line from Structural Technologies, LLC, a Structural Group, Inc. company.
Polyshield® is a polymer concrete foundation and baseplate system used for pumps, compressors, and other rotating or vibrating equipment. Designed as a single, prefabricated unit, it replaces the traditional combination of a steel baseplate and cast-in-place concrete foundation. The system is chemical-resistant, durable under dynamic loads, and can be installed more quickly than conventional foundations, helping facilities reduce downtime and maintenance challenges.
The addition of Polyshield® broadens Vector’s portfolio of corrosion protection and infrastructure durability solutions, supporting clients across industrial, transportation, and utility markets.
