Keelung Port and the Taiwan Ports and Ports Association jointly held an elite lecture on “Talk about Talent Sustainability from DEI”

May 17, 2024 — Keelung Port Corporation collaborated with the Taiwan Ports and Ports Association to hold an elite lecture with the theme of “Talk about Talent Sustainability from DEI”. This lecture specially invited the co-founder and CEO of Alpha plus – CEO Qiu Liangshi served as the keynote speaker, attracting many participants to discuss the importance of diversity, equality and sustainable talent development in the workplace.

CEO Qiu Liangshi has nearly 20 years of experience in asset management. He once worked at JP Morgan Asset Management as managing director and head of the product and marketing division, and served as Taiwan spokesperson. In recent years, he has not only branched out into the fields of social movements, tourism innovation and educational consulting, but also has a high degree of enthusiasm and rich experience in talent cultivation, workplace equality and gender equality movements.

During the lecture, CEO Qiu Liangshi shared his views on talent cultivation and sustainable development in the workplace in Taiwan.
