Operations Manager – Marine Terminal
Summary: West coast terminal operator is seeking college graduates (preferably from a maritime academy to oversee the day-to-day management of terminal operations at the Long Beach facility. He or she will supervise union (ILWU) labor and help contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the terminal. Previous management experience is required.
Location: Long Beach, CA
Experience: Minimum three years’ management experience, preferably within a marine terminal environment, but will consider exceptional candidates with 3+ years management experience in other industries. Must be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 annual salary plus comprehensive benefits package.
