May 1, 2025 — The Commonwealth Ports Authority Board of Eirectors has hired former Revenue and Taxation Director Estrellita “Esther” S. Ada as the new Executive Director, CPA Board Chairman Ramon A. Tebuteb announced.
In a memorandum to department heads and CPA stakeholders, Tebuteb, on behalf of the Board of Directors, said, “I am delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Estrellita S. Ada as our new Executive Director, effective April 14, 2025.”
He said Ada “brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of success.”
He also thanked Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Chief Fredrick A. Pangelinan, who served as acting executive director, “for holding down the fort for the past five months.”
